The Enterprise Issues Management Team is responsible for the strategic direction, enterprise oversight, and governance of the Enterprise Issues program.
TheRisk Management Managerrole is responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership, governance, and subject matter expertise to drive adherence to the associated policies, standards and process. Job expectations include owning and maintaining content used to support Enterprise Issues management, including procedures, standards, supporting documentation and training and ensuring materials adhere to standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining Issues Management Associated Policies, Procedures and Standards.
Responsible for ongoing development and enhancement of Issues Management supporting documents and training.
Ongoing partnership with CACR and GRM (GCOR) and other key stakeholders to drive maturity of program.
Serve as Process Owner Delegate for the Enterprise Process for Issues Management with responsibilities for understanding, managing and continuously improving the process.
Defines program controls, metrics, procedures, reporting, and governance/oversight routines.
Engage with Enterprise Issues Management team to review testing approach, test scripts and scope to ensure key components of Issues program are included and testing is in alignment with program requirements.
Partner with QA/QC team to review results of testing activities evaluating FLU/CF performance and take actions (document updates, QRGs, RIIs etc.) as appropriate.
Partner with GRM Reporting Team to maintain and develop Tableau Dashboards to support board, executive and management level issue management reporting.
Draft and distribute communications to FLU/CFs on program updates and changes.
Facilitate monthly FLU/CF Issues Forum, training and Office Hours as needed to support Issues program.
Required Skills:
5+ years of financial services experience
Ability to communicate across diverse Enterprise audience of stakeholders.
Experience delivering guidance/training and providing day-to-day guidance, influence and subject matter expertise.
Experience with communicating (written and verbal) to diverse stakeholder groups to ensure clarity and execution against published outcomes.
Process oriented (SPI/POP)
Ability to develop written materials (decks, briefing materials) used to organize and clearly communicate key messages to stakeholders.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
