Description:
You will be an F-22 Items Analyst Senior for the Sustainment Item Management organization supporting the F-22 "Raptor" Platform.
What You Will Be Doing
As an F-22 Items Analyst Senior - Level 3, you will be responsible for ensuring spares are distributed to meet Operational and Depot requirements for replenishment, replacement, and any parts required for aircraft modification for spares and consumables.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as liaison between multiple organizations- Provisioning, Systems Team, SCM (Supply Chain Management), Engineering, fleet personnel, warehouse personnel, base liaisons, EDSC, etc
- Statusing the customer and management on Supply demands
- Ensuring ILSS requirements are in place to receive assets
- Providing Operations Center input to performance metrics
- Providing disposition for assets being returned into the supply chain pipeline
- Generating sales orders and purchase requisitions to procure parts
- Tracking and reporting status requirements until delivery is complete
- Coordinating with multiple warehouses to execute shipments from regional warehouses to a base for fleet support
- Coordinating with multiple bases to execute shipments for base to base inventory movements for fleet support
- Analyzing data to improve metrics such as TNMCS (S-Rate), IE (issue effectiveness), LRT (Logistics Response Time), or TSL's (Target Stock Levels)
- Developing an understanding on part consumption, forecasted demand, and create LOB's (Line of Balances) to foresee risk and mitigate it
- Proactively review and execute recommendations for Target Stock level fulfillment
- Assist with supporting RSP (Reserve Spares Package) kits for deployments
- Utilize multiple applications but not limited to GOLDesp, SAP, SPM, RDL, Tableau Dashboards

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level
- Previous experience supporting aircraft sustainment with items analyst, logistics, and/or supply chain experience aligned to a program (F-16, F-22, F-35, C-130J, etc.)
- Previous experience with managing multiple projects, changing deadlines, and/or customers while delivering results
- Demonstrated experience with problem-solving, relationship-building, partnering across cross-functional teams, and/or developing and delivering executive-level presentations on program milestones or mitigation strategies

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
