Looking for an employer-based, results-oriented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Medicine team and assist with care both in our North Fargo clinic and in partnership with the City of Fargo Employee Health Department. This split position will spend half of his/her time providing occupational medicine services at the Fargo Employee Health Department with the other half of his/her time providing scheduled care in the North Fargo Clinic - Occupational Medicine Department. Candidate will collaborate with our growing Occupational Medicine Team consisting of a Physician, 1 DNP, APRN CNP, Nurse, Drug Testing Coordinator, Wellness Coordinator, Client Relations Representative, Case Manager and On-site Services Technician. Must be process driven for thorough and detailed results; steady volume, specialized care and positive outcomes make up this interesting and satisfying practice.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Site location: North Fargo Clinic
Work week: Monday - Friday, 36 contact hours per week
Patient volume: 16 patients/day
Office practice that includes pre-and-post employment exams, DOT and annual medical surveillance exams, work comp injuries, follow-ups and physicals
No call
Primarily involves work injury care and pre-employment services, touring of facilities to establish best practice and help further development program

REQUIREMENTS
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited program/institution.
Preference for Occupational Medicine, Sports Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care background
Must be Certified Medical Examiner listed on the National Registry to provide DOT physicals.
