This role will be focused on serving patients at Banner Desert Medical Center, offering a blend of community-focused general neurosurgery with opportunities to treat spine and trauma cases. Banner Desert Medical Center is a level 1 trauma center and is one of the largest and most comprehensive facilities in Arizona. Banner Desert serves as a tertiary referral center for the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix and treats the highest levels of acuity in the East Valley.
This role provides the chance to be part of a distinguished team of academically driven, supportive, and collegial neuroscience leaders. Successful candidates will be involved in shaping the future of neurosurgery through teaching, clinical care, and potentially research, with a thriving residency program that allows for impactful mentorship and professional growth. Faculty appointments will be offered commensurate with the individuals qualifications, along with faculty status at the University of Arizona.
Minimum Qualifications:
MD or DO with an Arizona license by the start date
ABNS-certified or eligible Neurosurgeon
Open to both experienced and newly graduating neurosurgeons
