Cracker Barrel is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join the Home Office to support business by converting various data sources into actionable business intelligence and analysis. This analyst will develop reports and data visualization to convey insights and facts to various audiences throughout the organization.
Design, develop and maintain a suite of tableau dashboards to support various functional areas within the organization. This includes working with internal customers to identify business requirements and rules.
Creates presentations and reports to convey recommendations and/or findings
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
Writes custom queries to address ad hoc business questions
Leverages knowledge of data processing software and tools to streamline analysis, research, and storytelling.
Basic data literacy
Skill in leveraging data visualization to communicate to various audiences
Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI or equivalent tools
Experience using SQL to gather data for analysis
Preferred experience using Python/R
