Groups using the 3-2 schedule:
We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Talent Acquisition leads the effort in recruiting top talent to Dominion Energy. Within Talent Acquisition, our objectives are clear: hire talented individuals while maintaining a keen eye on diversity. Our team achieves our recruiting goals by establishing trusted partnerships with hiring leaders, candidates, and a variety of external partners. Interns who join our team have the opportunity to work on a variety of recruitment related projects, and we are committed to creating a meaningful work experience.
Project assignments may include:
Contributing to student employment projects and activities throughout the summer
Partnering with recruiters on active job openings with potential to listen in on strategy calls, assist with resume review, and/or schedule interviews
Coordinating with Talent Acquisition's Talent Sourcing Team to develop new recruitment strategies and create a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidate pool for specific jobs
Assisting with special projects which may include: benchmarking recruitment processes and programs, updating training materials, leveraging new digital tools and promoting jobs & events on various social media channels
This position can be located in Richmond, VA or Cayce, SC.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and on project teams
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills needed to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Experience with marketing, social media, and use of digital tools
General knowledge of HR processes & policies
Education Requirements
A student currently pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited college
Preferred disciplines include; Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field
Must have an anticipated graduation date of spring 2025 or 2026.
Candidates must have a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA.
