Job Description:
This position collaborates with and assists the Contract Administrator team in the management of the lifecycle of the contract portfolio in the assigned categories of spend. Key Responsibilities - Manages pricing exceptions and works to proactively mitigate price exceptions - Follows up on credits due the organization from price discrepancies - Audits contracts to ensure price accuracy and tier alignment - Enrolls in GPO agreements - Handles contracting portion of PCT packets - Submits contracts to contract administration and monitors contract administration process - Loads contract price files and headers with the Informatics team - Monitors and updates contract trackers - Adheres to the contracting policies of Essentia Health - Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: - Healthcare supply chain/logistics/procurement experience - Experience in Infor - Experience working in contracting databases such as GHX and Ntracts - Proficient in Excel
Education Qualifications:
Associates degree plus 2 years of related experience.
OR
5 or more years of related experience.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
