Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional ECOMMERCE ANALYST to join our TEAM! As the ECOMMERCE ANALYST , we need someone who is ready to provide a help drive efficiencies and track our progress with our customer purchasing platform; ProExchange.
Primary Objective
The Ecommerce Analyst position leads analytics for the ecommerce team to achieve overall goals and objective. This position will be responsible for end-to-end ecommerce measurement to drive site optimization across the entire customer journey and buying experience. This position will focus on optimizing the path to purchase and conversion funnel, traffic generation, and on-site experience optimization. The position will develop actionable insights and recommendations and partner with key stakeholders for implementation. The ideal candidate will help drive data-based decisions, possess strong communication skills, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Major Function and Scope
Creates and leads all site analytics establishing both key metrics and dashboards while also identifying drivers of performance for optimization or acceleration
Responsibility for daily/weekly/monthly analysis of core business and conversion drivers in addition to analyzing performance of new site updates or functionality changes
Partners closely with digital marketing team and agency to drive meaningful optimization in traffic for ROI and customer acquisition improvement
Partners with marketing analytics team to connect with customer insights and optimization
Responsible for accurate and complete tagging across the site in partnership with IS team and all other stakeholders
Key stakeholder in developing drivers of site conversion and partner in prioritization of roadmap to deliver meaningful improvement in conversion
Responsible for evaluation of AB testing results and accompanying recommendations for improvement and future test roadmap with focus on highest value
Experience and Knowledge Required
Web analytics, Adobe Analytics, tag management systems, Ecommerce, Adobe, DTM, AB testing, digital marketing, analytics, a good understanding of websites and Ecommerce platforms
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
