The Site Leader, along with maintaining their own clinical productivity, is responsible for managing both the operational and clinical functions of their designated site or location. You will work closely with the Operations/Administrative Team and the Executive Director to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Culture:
Create and maintain a positive site environment: Foster positive energy, caring support, mutual trust, and respect by collaborating with the Executive Director and RVP of Operations.
Nurture a culture of excellence: Act as a role model of professional and ethical practice, conduct staff recognition, and promote teamwork.
Orientation and training: Schedule and conduct orientation to Athena and all clinic protocols/procedures for clinicians at the assigned location.
Morale-building activities: Implement activities to create camaraderie among site staff and foster a sense of connection with the overall practice.
Support clinician development: Provide consultation, mentoring, and guidance for professional growth.
Customer service: Address and resolve issues promptly, providing appropriate feedback to involved clinicians and staff.
Productivity:
Balance best practices: Integrate clinical, technological, and business best practices.
Communicate performance expectations: Set clear expectations for clinical quality, evidence-based treatment, documentation, and HIPAA compliance.
Monitor office use and schedules: Ensure optimum space utilization and assist clinicians in meeting productivity goals by monitoring schedules and offering new slots for PAC promptly.
Ensure compliance: Ensure clinicians adhere to the 48-hour note completion policy in Athena and support value-based contracts and clinical initiatives by communicating requirements and ensuring compliance.
Identify staffing needs: Routinely communicate clinical staffing needs with the Executive Director.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve issues: Address clinical, administrative, staffing, and client matters independently and creatively, consulting with the Executive Director as needed.
Provide support and consultation: Offer ongoing clinical case consultation, assist clinicians in meeting productivity goals, and provide technological training and troubleshooting.
Manage complaints and feedback: Address internal and external customer complaints, providing feedback to involved individuals.
Streamline processes: Seek opportunities to streamline administrative processes and work with administrative staff on implementation.
Manage office space: Oversee the physical office space and communicate issues with the Executive Director.
Other tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree (LMHC, LICSW, PsyD, PhD) in Mental Health
1+ years working as a leader in a healthcare/behavioral health, growth-oriented organization
Preferred Qualifications:

Hawaii Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
