Cracker Barrel is on the search for an organization and communication superstar to join our Ops team as an Operations Coordinator! In this role, you will provide administrative support to a Restaurant Regional Vice President through duties like maintaining various systems and reports; coordinating daily operational tasks; facilitating communications with districts and stores; and other administrative duties.
Maintains, updates, compiles, and generates various operations and financial related reports for distribution to the Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, General Managers, and other appropriate personnel.
Maintains and ensures accuracy of information in the Store Management Tracking System and Performance Management System.
Coordinates Performance Evaluation material.
Supports store labor charts by periodically updating wage rate data.
Coordinates and supports daily operational tasks for the Regional Vice Presidents through scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
Facilitates communication with District Managers and store managers.
Drafts memos and correspondence and reports and distributes to appropriate personnel.
Files and organizes for Regional Vice President.
Processes Regional Vice President expense reports.
Verifies accuracy of, tracks, and processes transfers, employee status changes, Expense Reports, and store invoices.
Supports and tracks store capital expense and store maintenance projects.
High School Diploma and 1-3 years administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Knowledge of standard business correspondence formats.
