Retail Sales Associate/Repair Technician - Full Time

Batteries Plusis currently searching for full time customer oriented individuals to join our Burlington, WI location. Our Sales Associates provide knowledge and offer solutions through our 50,000+ types of battery and lighting products offered. Technical duties include replacing batteries, cell phone screens and other components on smartphones and tablets, as well as key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes.
We offer both Full and Part-time Retail Sales Associates/Customer Service Reps the following benefits:
$12 - $15hr
Paid Technical Training - WISE 1 & WISE 2 Certifications
$50 Stipend for Steel Toe Boots
Uniform Stipend
$250 New Hire Sign-on Bonus
6 PTO Days, 3 Sick Days after 6 months
Qualifications for Retail Sales Associate/Repair Technician:
High school diploma/equivalent and prior work experience preferred.
Customer service and sales-oriented with high motivation.
Demonstrate technical skill and have the ability to work with tools on small parts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to occasionally lift 50+ lbs.
Must be at least 18 yrs. old.
