The Junior Graphic Designer position is an entry-level working role, working closely with our Graphic Designers as support on a variety of projects and assignments. Passion to learn the ins-and-outs of graphic design.

Day To Day & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with creative team to support on editing print and digital collateral.

- Developing numerous digital and print sizing for marketing assets when requested.

- Editing social media content including marketing assets for culinary, activations, nightlife/daylife etc.

- Proofing and preparing both small and large format files - including, but not limited to business cards, menus, venue collateral, billboards etc.)

- Meet goals and deadlines necessary for timely delivery of projects.

- Consistently demonstrate design capability with an eye for detail and execution.

- Team player with an understanding of working on multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications:

- 1-2+ years of relevant graphic design experience.

- Experience in hospitality/restaurant industry preferred.

- Project Management / Communication Software i.e. Monday.com, Basecamp, Slack.

- Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign experience required.

- Great sense of layout, composition and color.

- Ability to balance multiple projects under deadlines.

- Able to work independently and as part of an effective team.
