Description: The candidate will assume the Logistics Program Integration responsibilities leading a team consisting of supply chain, repair depot, training, technical document, field technical services, and logistics analysis professionals. Candidate will be responsible for the execution of all logistics efforts supporting multiple radar and other sensor programs. The position will work closely with Program Managers to determine staffing levels, required skillsets, and day to day management, measurement, and reporting of contract scope. The Program Integrator devises and implements plans, budgets, and schedules in response to program requirements. He/she will monitor work progress of logistics personnel assigned to tasks to ensure milestones are met. Devises solutions in response to problems that negatively affect successful accomplishment of tasks assigned throughout the team. Advises, coordinates, and assists in training assigned logistics personnel.
The Logistics Project Manager will be a member program Configuration Control Boards and review design changes for logistics impacts. The candidate will be responsible for design for sustainment activities and participate in reliability, availability and maintainability engineering activities. Potential travel.
Basic Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of modern logistics disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gain a Department of Defense TOP SECRET security clearance
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Familiarity with data analysis, metrics collection, and reporting

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
