Goodwin William Staffing is looking for an experiencedWarehouse Manager to join our team/work with one of our Clients in Charlottesville, VA. Someone who can lead the warehouse/fulfillment team and take ownership of related performance and results.Manage day-to-day operations and personnel for all aspects of warehouse and fulfillment with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and quality.Execute procedures and improvements implemented by the Director of Operations with the understanding that the goal is to continuously improve.Ensure a safe and orderly warehouse environment.Set the example for all warehouse employees to follow.Direct Hire / Full Benefits PackageResponsibilitiesOversee Warehouse Staff and Ensure all processes and procedures are being followed. Provide training and guidance as needed.Manage warehouse schedule and delegate tasks to warehouse personnel dailyReport personnel and schedule issues to Director of Operations in a timely mannerOversee Ecommerce order fulfillment and conduct quality control on daily orders to ensure order accuracyExecute plan for weekly Wholesale orders provided by Operations team and Sales team oversee packing accuracy and quality control and set up shipmentsTake ownership of shipping errors on both Ecommerce and Wholesale orders and work to minimize/eliminate accordinglyReceive incoming stock and maintain inventory storage under the direction of the Director of OperationsManage ongoing warehouse supplies (i.e. boxes, hardware, printer labels, tape, etc.)Ensure the warehouse area is always clean and orderly to maintain an efficient and safe work environment per the manual.Delegate related tasks as needed.Assist Director of Operations with Monthly/QuarterlyInventory CountsComplete other tasks usually assigned to Full-time I, II, and Part-Time employees when needed (ex., pre-assembly, filling Ecommerce/Wholesale orders, cleaning, etc.).Ensure warehouse operations are meeting or exceeding OSHA safety requirements and execute occasional safety auditsMake suggestions to Director of Operations on areas to improve procedures, organization, and flowUtilize Ecommerce, Inventory Management, and Shipping softwareCompensation and BenefitsFull-Time 40-hour week, Monday Friday, typical hours are 7:00 am -3:30 pmCompensation: Salary commensurate with experience, eligible to receive incentives for team and individual goalsPaid Time Off - 8 paid Holidays, 3 sick days, 2 weeks (10 days) paid vacation (accrued at a rate of 1 day earned for every 24 days worked.Medical and Dental InsuranceAnnul Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (DOE)Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred 3-5 years of work experience managing a warehouse and fulfillment operation Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Ability to manage a team for productivity, quality, and efficiency all the while maintaining positive moraleAbility to work from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - FridayMust be able to work in Charlottesville, VABasic computer skills requiredMust be a team player
