The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will play a crucial role in managing the entire spectrum of warehouse operations and logistics processes at our Siemens Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment Manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. This role encompasses the full lifecycle of material management-from the receipt and storage of raw materials and incoming components to their distribution throughout the plant for production, and ultimately, the shipment of completed equipment to customers. The successful candidate will ensure that all warehouse activities, internal material flows, and outbound logistics are executed safely, efficiently and accurately, while optimizing material handling processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives improving the overall productivity and success of the facility. This person will have 5-6 direct reports.
You will make an impact by:
Ensure that all warehouse and logistics operations adhere to Siemens' safety standards and local regulations.
Manage the warehouse and logistics organization, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute to the team's success.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize space utilization, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, minimizing downtime and production delays.
Ensure that all import/export activities comply with local and international regulations, including accurate and timely documentation.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field with 10 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment; 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience with warehouse operations, material handling systems, and transportation logistics.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Experience with import/export compliance and regulations as well as well as with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) or related fields.
Experience in the electrical distribution equipment or related manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with Siemens' logistics and manufacturing processes.

The pay range for this position is $88,340 - $151,440 and comes with a 10% annual bonus based on salary offered . The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
