Job Summary
This open position works in a control room environment monitoring the facility process HMI system and Security system and is located at our Sally LNG Plant, 834 Williamson-Johnson Road, Neeses, SC 29107.
Responsibilities will be to maintain and operate liquified, natural gas plant equipment and facilities.
This includes engine-driven, reciprocating, natural gas compressors and ancillary equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, filters, instrumentation and controls, etc.), piping, boilers, valves, storage tanks, reciprocating air compressors, auxiliary generator, and heaters.
Performs installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of computer systems controls, and microprocessor-based controls.
Installs, calibrates, performs preventive maintenance, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and air monitoring equipment and instruments.
Tests, repairs, and maintains regulatory and measurement equipment.
C ompletes all facility logs as directed (electronic and hard copy).
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Associate LNG Technician: 0-2 years of related experience in power plant operations, industrial setting process, or operations.
LNG Technician: 3 or more years of related experience in power plant operations, industrial setting process, or operations.
BOTH: Effective communication skills and computer skills sufficient for operating, programming, and auditing databases and other applications.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Associates Degree
