We are seeking a highly qualified Logistics Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have: Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

This position requires strong organizational skills, significant attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment. The position also requires the ability to maintain accountability of assets in accordance with government property standards.

There is no clearance requirement to begin employment. However, as a requirement of continued employment in this position you will be required to obtain and maintain a -TS/SCI- clearance.

More About the Role:

Responsible for organizing and implementing a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information. Manages the performance of logistics functions including system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems. Duties may include managing the control of the flow of goods, services and information between the point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements as well as ensuring the execution and improvement of standard logistic processes. Plans, schedules, and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from international destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage, and customs transaction compliance. Assesses and maintains compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

. Experience maintaining physical and logical property inventory, including tracking and cataloging assets to government property standards

. Experience maintaining property management databases

. Experience coordinating property logistics, including shipping, receiving, and storage

. Experience conducting periodic accountability of assets to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

. Experience organizing and managing warehouse assets

. Experience assisting in the preparation and management of property budgets

. Experience handling property-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients

. Experience managing the disposition of equipment, including the assessment, categorization, and appropriate handling of surplus or obsolete items in accordance with government property requirements

. Experience engaging collaboratively with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement property management initiatives, fostering a cohesive work environment

. Experience developing and optimizing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

. Experience with advanced IT systems to effectively manage assets and generate comprehensive reports

. Experience utilizing IT systems for property management and reporting purposes

. Experience operating forklift equipment safely and efficiently, as needed

$44,700 - $91,700
