The CACI team is looking to add an experienced Web Developer to their growing software development contract with the Department of State in Rosslyn, VA.
Active or interim Secret Clearance is required
What You'll Get to Do:
Design, develop, and maintain secure, responsive, and efficient web applications tailored for diplomatic security operations.
Utilize a diverse stack including C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, along with modern frameworks and libraries.
Construct and integrate APIs to interface with various on-prem and cloud data sources such as SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and Cosmos DB.
Implement robust data integration strategies, ensuring secure data transfer between systems.
Apply best practices for data encryption, authentication, and auditing to uphold high security standards required for diplomatic missions.
Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security in alignment with Department standards and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with national and international regulations pertinent to data security and diplomatic operations.
Work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Participate in Agile methodologies and maintain a clear line of communication with team members and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive test cases and work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
Ensure the reliability and stability of web applications through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
Engage in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps for efficient deployment and operation of applications.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to maintain technological edge in security operations.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Hands-on experience with Azure services including App Service, Functions, SQL, and Cosmos DB.
Strong understanding of web architecture patterns, optimization techniques, and CI/CD methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior experience in a governmental or security-focused role.
Familiarity with diplomatic security protocols and requirements.
Knowledge of additional cloud platforms and containerization technologies

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
