Description
SAIC is seeking an Cloud Solutions Architect to support SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
Responsibilities to include:
Translate strategic architectures into implementation level guidance
Ability to assess ongoing work and deliver desired solutions
Guide complex projects/issues that require in-depth cloud solution integration
Work with delivery team to address architecture, integration, and technical issues, and in some instances lead the technical implementation of the solution architecture
Ability to work with development teams and advise on practical cloud implementations and develop findings and workoff plans
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's and 9 years of experience (13 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
Active Top Secret/SCI with a Polygraph
5 + years of solution architecture experience
4+ years' experience leading cloud integration architecture and application modernization
Strong knowledge of enterprise computing and operating systems (OS) and cloud computing platforms, such as Linux, Windows, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Cloud-based solutions experience leveraging large cloud-computing infrastructure and platforms architecting, engineering, developing and deploying systems and applications into a cloud environment
Experience with Enterprise projects
