Willing to travel to trainings as needed, possible overnight required
Assist the teachers with planning, teaching and implementing the Highreach curriculum and lesson plans, so that it is most effective for the children in all age groups
Knowledge of and ability to evaluate the whole learning environment in order to suggest improvements that will provide a more well rounded program in every classroom
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and suggestions to teachers in a non-judgmental way, in order to improve their classrooms and the services provided to the children and families of Childcare Network
Work with the staff to provide positive physical and verbal interactions with the children throughout the day
Assist with new employee training and mentoring
