Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Electrification and Automation business is looking for an intern for our Wendell, NC based project management office support team.
Research and develop training inventory
Facilitate training discussions with stakeholders
Create Power BI dashboards to enable analysis of project status
Research Process optimization and proactively provide insight
Maintain a document managment system using e-Share on Microsoft PowerPoint
Advance an in-progress knowledge base initiative using Generative AI and Chatbot based on ChatGPT
Document and follow up on important actoins and decisions from project team meetings
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student studying Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
Ability to work hybrid / remote at the Wendell, NC office in a part-time capacity without housing or travel/relocation compensation assistance.
Successful candidates must be self-directed, self-motivated and eager to learn in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with MS office products with proficiency in MS works, Excel and PowerPoint

The hourly pay rate for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
