Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our Compliance team as a Compliance Coordinator.
Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Manager of Compliance, the Compliance Coordinator is responsible for responsible for ensuring timely X-ray release processing, as well preparation of reports related to environmental health and safety efforts, and other duties as assigned by the Manager. The Compliance Coordinator will take part in Compliance efforts across multiple brands.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with X-ray release processing through the Service Now ticket system.
Assist the Compliance Manager with compliance report preparation.
Assists Compliance team members with ad hoc projects and projects related to fulfillment of the seven elements of an effective compliance program.
Actively participates in the daily operations of the Compliance department.
Functions as a resource for brand team members and providers.
Acts as a representative of the Compliance department.
Interacts with other members of the Legal on compliance matters as necessary.
Act as a liaison between brand team members and leaders within the Compliance Department.
Assist with other areas of compliance to satisfy the seven elements of an effective compliance program.
Requirements/Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in Compliance or related field in a fast-paced environment.
Highly proficient computer skills, including in Microsoft Office Suite - i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel.
Experience with ServiceNow help desk preferred.
Plans, organizes, and executes tasks and activities with urgency.
Strong collaboration skills: ability to work cross-functionally and with remote teams.
Sets high standards of performance and conduct for self and others.
A proactive, self-starter who has a can-do attitude and collaborates well with others.
Onsite presence is required, minimum 3 days a week or more determined by business needs: opportunity for hybrid 1- 2 days per week when possible.
