Job Description:
Provides direct patient care, supervises staff performance and ensures that the established plan of care is being followed. This includes 8 hour accountability for the management of resident care, notification of physician and family with changes in resident condition according to established protocols, updating the resident care pans and assignment sheets as appropriate, responding to staffing needs/issues and ongoing demonstration of leadership skills.
Education Qualifications:
FTE: 0.6-0.9 FLEX
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.
Training in rehabilitation nursing, gerontology or nursing management/supervision preferred.
Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Minnesota.
