Job Description

Amentum is seeking a talented and experienced Human Capital Management Analyst to support the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) Corporate Operations. The Human Capital Management Analyst will be responsible for providing expert analysis and support to senior management in the areas of human resources, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $75,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workforce analysis, assess workforce gaps and identify strategies to address them.

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-quality employees.

  • Analyze organizational structure and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement and morale.

  • Conduct research and analysis on human resources policies, programs, and trends.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on personnel matters such as employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

  • Manage human resources data and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Support the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

Minimal Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.

  • 7+ years of experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis In Lieu of degree, High School Degree and 11 years experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making

  • Knowledge of federal human resources regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations

  • Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
