Job Summary:
Front Gate Tickets is North America's leading software and operations provider for the festival market. We provide technical solutions for e-commerce ticketing, access control, data management, and fan engagement. We partner and run on-site operations for over 200 festivals each year and are on a massive growth trajectory matched by no one in the industry. We do it for the fans! Front Gate is owned by Live Nation Entertainment and acts as Ticketmaster's festival arm.
The Team:
Our product development team is responsible for designing and building the technical solutions that make up North America's premier festival ticketing platform. We are a modestly sized group that takes pride in the breadth of our product offerings and our ability to deliver timely results. Our products cover (but are not limited to) ecommerce, box office management, marketing, fulfillment services, and on-site access control. With the highly anticipated return of live events on the horizon, we're looking for individuals to help us design and build the next generation of tools for our best-in-class platform.
What This Role Will Do:
Be an energetic and participating member within one of our Product Development engineering teams - you'll focus on helping deliver features that our Fans and Clients interact with pre, during, and post event
Pairing with Product Managers and Designers, you will be working to define assets and deliverables for feature driven work to communicate a product's vision
Contribute to larger product design initiatives such as asset production, design library, and other items in the design backlog
Contribute to user testing, market research, personas, user journey definition, and project documentation
Contribute to design systems and brand guidelines
Contribute to and help shape our product design methodology
Advocate for user-centric practices and accessible design
What You Bring:
1+ year(s) of Product Design (or related) experience
Introductory design portfolio showcasing your ability to conduct a full design lifecycle (user research, interaction design, visual design, etc.)
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (We use Zeplin, Marvel and Sketch)
Experience/Education designing for accessibility
What You Are:
Has a passion for design excellence
Confident in your written and verbal communication, as well as presentational skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and manage your time effortlessly
