CACI is seeking a Business Analyst in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.
The Opportunity:
In this role you will be part of a SCRUM team responsible for defining, prioritizing, and implementing uses cases for a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using ServiceNow ITOM capabilities. You will be directly responsible for gathering and documenting the requirements. The business analyst will also derive requirements for ServiceNow reports & dashboards that allow for measurement and tracking of the completeness and recency of CI attribute data and CI-to-CI relationships. This will be Hybrid located in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience developing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.
Experience with functional decomposition of large business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories.
Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent information.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
Experience in estimating techniques.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
Qualifications:
DoD Secret Clearance.
8+ Years relevant experience (a Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
ServiceNow ITOM experience
Excellent verbal and written commuincation skills
Experience developing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
Must be IAT Level II certified (i.e. CompTIA Security+, etc.) within 60 days of hire.
Desired:
Axonius Platform experience
Asset Management experience
An active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance
Software development background
Certified Business Analysis Professional
Agile or Scrum Master Certification
Certified Product Owner
Knowledge and experience with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
Acts independently to expose and resolve problems
Experience working in the Department of Defense

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$66,100 - $135,600
