THE JOB
This position will report to the Director, Human Resources - North America Region and will support a variety of HR tasks for all US based employees within the Ticketmaster North America Region and Portfolio Companies divisions.
This role will be responsible for compliance-based HR initiatives including but not limited to; workplace investigations; performance management; internal/pay equity; health & safety; voluntary and involuntary departures as well as reporting and analytics.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide clarity to employees on questions surrounding policy, procedure, benefits plans, perks, etc... and escalate with internal Centers of Excellence (COEs), as needed.
Address employee relations matters, escalating to appropriate parties, as needed.
Act as liaison between employees and COEs regarding leaves of absence, and benefit programs and payroll.
Support the HRD and local HR teams on rolling out new initiatives, policies and procedures that impact the future of work and other strategic HR endeavors.
Leveraging legislative knowledge and HR best practices, make recommendations to HRD on performance management; workforce planning; and involuntary departures (i.e. course of action; severance payments).
Lead internal investigations and partner with HRD and/or Legal on escalation points and resolution.
Oversight of local health & safety (H&S) requirements, including COVID precautions (i.e. mask mandates; on-site testing, as required; vaccine mandates).
Maintain employee personnel files and other materials, information, documents, etc. that are shared regionally and globally.
Ownership of all Workday, our HRIS, transactions.
Run Workday reports for client groups and local HR team and make recommendations based on data points.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Bachelor's degree with a Human Resources Management focus or equivalent in relevant work experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR generalist role
Solid understanding of employment laws - Federal, State and Local
Comfortable working independently and with remote teams across the business
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in an extremely fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong efficiency with HRIS systems
Prior experience in Workday is considered an asset
Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to adjust style to different audiences
