About This Opportunity Responsibilities POSITION PURPOSE Assists the Tobacco Pricing Manager by coordinating information across multiple teams to execute monthly Tobacco Rebates and Promotions. Responsible for understanding Category Managers' business intent and executing that intent through company proprietary business system. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the on-going needs of the Tobacco Pricing function, including: Update by store Tobacco Contract file to accommodate any contractual changes or Category Manager strategy shifts Collaborate with Tobacco Pricing Analysts to carry out new promotion setups and monthly rebate funding for all eligible tobacco brand styles - Requires creation of 500 excel documents monthly. Coordinates with Category Managers on promotion intent and appropriate teams needed to execute into system Maintains the assignment of each 7-Eleven store to the appropriate pricing zone based on such factors as geographic location, tobacco contract and tax jurisdiction Generates and distributes standard pricing reports and Tobacco contract store lists Creates reports based on ad-hoc analysis requests Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Position requires high school diploma plus 3 to 4 years experience with heavy PC usage. Prior experience using Excel strongly preferred. Some college is also strongly preferred. Must have the ability to develop reports using PowerPoint/Excel and 7-Eleven's Business Intelligence systems.
