We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command's Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will ensure reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM's primary lines of effort (LOEs).
Have the opportunity to support advanced analytics initiatives, knowledge management projects, and both lead and support projects, that satisfy national-level intelligence priorities by:
Providing subject matter expertise to ensure timely analysis and intelligence production in support of U.S. Central Command and the Intelligence Community.
Assisting the Government to improve the rigor of its evaluation methods and enhance the integrity of the product evaluation process.
Identifying significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and any other notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated.
Applying in-depth understanding of ICD 203, gained through experience as a senior analyst with a formal role in the review chain for ICD 203-covered products at a strategic all-source IC agency, or by serving as a full-time product evaluator at ODNI
Evaluating a sampling of finished intelligence products for compliance with ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
Developing metrics, present findings, and offer recommendations for improvement
Developing and implementing assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in evaluation data
Developing instruction and/or curriculum in support of professional development
Identifying significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and any other notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated
Supporting the development and delivery of tradecraft evaluation training and assist in the development of tradecraft policy and analytic guidance
Supporting business opportunities in support of customers within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance required
15 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years
Graduate of Defense Intelligence Agency Professional Analyst Career Education (PACE)
Familiarity with and experience helping analysts apply Structured Analytic Techniques.
Experience helping analysts conceptualize all-source intelligence projects.
Experience reviewing and providing feedback to analysts and/or analytic managers on draft intelligence products to improve analytic quality, customer impact, and adherence to tradecraft best practices.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Experience with ODNI's analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
Desired:
Experience developing ICD 203-related curriculum and providing instruction.
Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,500 - $181,500
