CACI is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into functional, user, and system requirements that delivers on the Product Owners vision and provides value to the user community. You will gather data, develop metrics and dashboards, provide analytical support, and create a wide range of graphics-based presentations to support evaluation of performance and progress toward established goals. Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible to changing requirements, and be an enthusiastic self-starter and learner will be important to your success. Works independently and is the primary POC for internal process optimization, workload planning, and resource analysis. Additionally, must demonstrate strong skills in oral and written communication with customers, internal or external team members. They must also possess the ability to successfully work with concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.
More About the Role
Assists with SharePoint administration.
Works independently and is the primary POC for internal process optimization, workload planning, and resource analysis.
Works closely with program stakeholders and product end users to identify areas for process improvement.
Serves as the Product Owner for PMO-developed applications such as the One Scope portal and the financial management tool.
Monitors portal performance on a regular basis to ensure high availability.
Facilitates testing of process improvement of portal capabilities, documents portal capabilities, and facilitates live and remote training of deployed application.
Work with other business systems analysts to define and document system requirements and future capabilities.
Provide user support for both technical and functional issues as it relates to the One Scope Portal
Test new software and software changes to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations.
Find and log systems defects, including steps required to repeat, and track defects to closure.
Monitors portal performance on a regular basis to ensure high availability
Troubleshoot the system to determine the source of systems errors.
Assist in the preparation of contract deliverable documentation.
You'll Bring These Qualifications
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience
Demonstrated proficiency in the preparation, selection, organization, and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have
Experience in SharePoint design/development.
Ability to work both independently and with a team to resolve problems.
A self-starter who will seize and maintain the initiative in ambiguous situations.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Active security clearance (Secret or higher).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
