The Opportunity:
CACI is seeing a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) who will be working dynamically in a fast-paced environment supporting and building new capabilities for the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), which consists of many capabilities spanning all aspects of DoD procurement from Solicitation through Contract Closeout and related activities.
Responsibilities:
The RTE is responsible for leading the software development agile release train (ART) and is responsible for the events and processes therein. The RTE focuses efforts on relentless improvement, facilitating the Program Increment (PI) planning event, optimizing the flow of value, supporting execution, and coaching the agile teams as the chief Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
Enable delivery teams to adopt agile and perform development activities
Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work in an agile way
Drive strategic change across the organization for adoption of agile techniques
Embed an agile culture using Scaled Agile techniques
Demonstrate relevant tools and techniques such as coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring
Enable stakeholders to find accurate and current project or program status, without disruption to delivery
Apply tools and techniques to team roles, behaviors, structure and culture, agile ceremonies and practices, knowledge transfer and sharing, program management, cross-team coordination, and overall governance of digital service delivery
Ensure key metrics and requirements that support the team and delivery are well defined and maintained
Equip staff with the ability to coach others
If organization level, executive coaching on the fundamental considerations of digital service delivery design
Qualifications:
Required:
Must have a SAFe RTE Certification
Must possess a DoD IT-II security clearance
5+ years relevant experience
Undergraduate Degree required
Must be US Citizen
Desired:
Managerial experience
Business Analysis experience
Familiar with one or more of the following: DoD Contracting, DoD Purchase/Acquisition, DoD Payment processing
Familiar with JIRA, Confluence or similar programs

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
