WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Senior Sourcing Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving sourcing processes within the supply chain. They gather and analyze data on suppliers, prices, and market trends to optimize sourcing strategies, reduce costs, and improve vendor performance. The role involves collaboration with product and demand planning teams, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
Collect and analyze data related to sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost-savings
Create and maintain regular reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams
Identify cost reduction opportunities through analysis of spend data, supplier negotiations, and supply chain optimizations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline planning processes and improve operational efficiencies
Gather data and provide reporting across multiple brands and divisions to support key category initiatives and material decisions
Optimize responsive capabilities inclusive of raw material staging and replenishment models
Build and maintain seasonal raw material and supplier lead time calendar
Work with suppliers on greige material forecasting, tracking and consolidation across multiple business segments and global regions
Partner with demand planning, merchandising and production teams to align demand and supply planning needs at key milestones
Establish best practices for global licensed forecast & purchasing process
Contribute to best in class, KPI driven vendor scorecards to inform source base allocation and strategies
Manage vendor communication and internal scheduling for key meetings and initiatives
Continuously review and support the team to identify process and system opportunities to increase speed to market, improve product execution, foster innovation and drive down cost
Support PD&S leadership on supplier negotiations, new vendor approval process and production, quality, and sustainability metrics
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Reporting and Data Management: Able to organize and consolidate accurate reporting from multiple data sources into high level summaries
Project Planning: Create complex project workplans that define the cross-functional activities and resources required to successfully complete the initiative
Process Management: Can identify and articulate the processes and resources necessary to get things done efficiently and effectively
Systems Acumen: Experienced in systems implementations, from initial requirements through end-user rollout
Risk Management: Anticipate risks and identifies contingency plans and processes to prevent disruptions when risks occur
Results Oriented: Is passionate about achieving and tracking bottom-line business results
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills
4-5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, planning or analyst role

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $120,000 - $130,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
