CACI is seeking a Junior level Scrum Master with Agile methodology experience to augment the CACI Program Management Office (PMO) that is entrusted by the U.S. Government to provide operations and maintenance, and development of custom financial applications. Duties include but are not limited to:
Serve as Scrum Coach managing day to day activities to achieve mission objectives
Facilitate team progress towards meeting team goals
Facilitate SAFe events to include Program Increment Planning Event, daily Scrum tag-ups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demonstrations
Support government Product Owners ensuring timely knowledge transfer
Remove team delivery impediments to meet critical timelines
Promote SAFe quality practices
Assist in building a high-performing team
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
2+ years' experience in a scrum master role, leading Sprint Review and Planning events
2+ years' experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning
2+ years' experience leading multiple Scrum teams
2+ years' experience leading software development life cycle projects
Working knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Working knowledge of Agile tools Jira and Confluence
Working knowledge of MS Office applications Excellent communication and leadership skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Professional Scrum Master Certification(s)
Experience leading financial application development teams
Experience leading teams implementing COTS applications

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
