Our client in the technology industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Print Quality organization supporting various resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, prioritizing multiple requests, and will be able to work with minimal supervision.

Location: Boise, ID - Hybrid
Pay Range: $27.73 per hour
What's the Job?
Provide general administrative support tasks involved in an organization
Assist supervisory and non-supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks
Compile data for reports
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, room reservations, travel arrangements, purchasing, and expense management
Work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions
What's Needed?
Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job
Excellent time management skills, prioritizing multiple requests
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions
Ability to provide guidance to other non-exempt employees
