CACI is seeking a proactive, full time Property Manager to work between our Sterling, Virginia and Manassas, Virginia offices. You will be responsible for Government property management, secure data center property management, submitting purchase orders, and packing and shipping hardware for delivery to CONUS and OCONUS sites. Programs are typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. You will be responsible for property management for multiple programs and work alongside fun, smart, and motivated engineering teams that build and field systems to the DoD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively handle property management (asset tagging and tracking, AssetSmart entries, documentation updates with property details, disposition of materials for contract closeout)

  • Manage program property in production and warehouse facilities (keep areas tidy, maintain power drops as required by program's hardwarehardware, clear out unused hardwarehardware, label hardwarehardware, etc.)

  • Process routine inventory requests by validating receipt of goods and materials against requirements

  • Perform property audits to ensure assets are accounted for and orchestrate the property inventory process; reconcile property discrepancies and assist in the retrieval of information from various databases to accurately track and inventory items

  • Perform audits of property adjustments (gains/losses) to ensure that all required forms are provided and approved

  • Revise or develop new procedures to execute efficient Government property management

  • Prepare property for shipment through commercial carriers or Government channels (pack and crate unclassified and classified property, coordinate shipment pick up with commercial carrier, drop off property at Government shipping drop off site, complete DD 1149 forms, etc.)

  • Transport hardware between production, warehouse and test facilities with company truck

  • Transport hardware to Government shipping drop off site with company truck

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of government property management experience or a Highschool diploma with 10 years' experience in government property management

  • Proactive work style and positive attitude

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with customers, engineers, and stakeholders effectively

  • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery

  • Ability to work with team to move heavy equipment

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, policies and procedures

  • Familiarity of logistics or general office databases and applications

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
