Position Overview
Siemens is looking for an experienced and strategic-minded leader to lead our Platform team. Brightly is rapidly growing, so we are seeking a leader to build new, innovative solutions that are specifically tailored the needs of clients in our key verticals and markets. This critical role involves the development, enhancement, and management of our platform services and solutions. You will be trusted to take on some of the most challenging and impactful problems, working to develop innovative approaches and solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Platform Services product management team, driving innovation, strategy, roadmap and execution of platform service and solution initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Champion a -product mindset" for platform and shared services and delivering services as valuable products for stakeholders and clients.
Foster an environment that encourages creativity, risk-taking and experimentation.
Develop and execute a long-term product vision, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Lead collaboration across engineering, product design, sales, marketing, and other departments to align product strategies and ensure successful delivery of platform services.
Prioritize and manage competing demands, make informed decisions, and manage trade-offs effectively within platform initiatives.
Evangelize the importance of the platform to internal stakeholders and demonstrate the value to clients by delivering capabilities that directly solve market and user pain points.
Establish a deep understanding of the market with an understanding of how to win against competition.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Minimum 8+ years of management & strategic leadership of software development, software architecture and/or platforms, or product management teams for Enterprise or Cloud/SaaS
Minimum 5+ years leading a product management team.
Demonstrated experience in leading and building high-performing product teams, with a successful product launch history.
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Excellent negotiation skills to effectively navigate across the organization to align required resources to achieve your goals.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent executive-level communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
Experienced in agile development.
Bachelor's degree required.
Desirable Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Experience managing a platform-based software portfolio that satisfies multiple markets & geographies.
Experience working in Enterprise and mid-market software and SaaS businesses.
Experience in facility management, asset operations management or related field a plus.
Advanced degree e.g., MBA, MSEE, etc.

The pay range for this position is and the annual incentive target is <20> of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
