AIML PM org is looking for a Senior manager for EPMs with a consistent track record of building and leading an effective EPM team demonstrating success leading via data. As a leader in the AIML FM evaluation team, you will lead initiatives in evaluation for FM models and GenAI features in Apple critical to Apple's future. You will work with top tier data scientists, engineers and product teams across Apple to help ensure we deliver high quality GenAI powered experiences that over 1 billion customers expect and love.
Description
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, other Quantitative Sciences, or related field and equivalent experience
Excellent program management skills including program structuring and leading multiple work streams interdependently
Experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space
Strong leadership skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, courage to take risks when needed, strategic and results driven approach focusing on driving what matters
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Master's or PhD degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, other Quantitative Sciences, or related field and equivalent experience
5+ years of experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space, preferably experience in evaluation of MLAI products.
Self-sufficient in analyzing and drawing conclusions about the quality and product opportunity from raw and refined product data
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
3+ years in people management experience - experience recruiting and building successful teams of product and project managers. Past senior manager, director level or above management experience at a top technology company is a bonus
Player-coach capable of personally leading large products while coaching team members along the way

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,400 and $358,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
