Our Communities in Oceanside and San Clemente have immediate openings for the following positions:
Maintenance Supervisors
Maintenance Technicians (entry level to experienced)
Preventative Maintenance Technician II
Groundskeeper
You will have the opportunity to learn more about a day in the life of an LMH technician and hear about the amazing benefits there are to working with LMH. You will also learn how LMH is dedicated to the professional growth of its employees.
You will want to come dressed to impress and you will have the opportunity to present some information about yourself and what talents you will bring to the table.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience or training from an accredited Trade School. EHVACHVAC or CFC certification highly desired. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license required. Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.
