Someone to assist mechanics in proper wiring of homes and ensure quality standards are met.Location:iCharlottesville, VAStandard Work Schedule:iM-F, 6:30AM 3:30PMHourly Pay:i$15.00Job Duties and Responsibilities:Read, understand, and comply with Company Policy and Safety Rules and Regulations.Help mechanic prepare daily work by loading van with material from list provided by mechanic.Develop good work habits. Work smarter not harder.Have proper tools and be able to use them correctly.Be able to identify materials and know their use.Assist in the maintenance, cleanliness of van and equipment.Learn how to hang fixtures, switch, and plug whole house.Assist in rough in of house, box out, pull wire, and tie in.Report to work everyday and be on time.Must work in a safe manner observing all safety rules and regulations.Requirements:Enrollment in formal apprenticeship programs desired.Participation in company in-house training required.Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.Valid driver license with clean driving record.Able to communicate and train.Ability to pass a drug and background checki
