THE ROLE:

Live Nation is looking for a graphic design ninja with skills to bring the voice of LIVE music industry to life. Working directly under the Creative Director, you will own projects from concept to completion. From creating new concepts, brand identities, key artwork, content series, presentations and more, your fingerprint will be all over each project. You will be producing trend setting creative that drives passion for live music across our concert advertising, artist relations, Live Nation brand, social channels, artist content and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Creative Director, Art Directors to produce concerts, venues, central marketing and corporate creative needs

  • Develop concept art for various business creative needs

  • Design and utilize templates for artist pitch presentations

  • Source image and video references for pitches and creative inspiration

  • Maintain consistent feel and brand identity across creative content

  • Concept new brand identities and visual voices

  • Design social media creative content

  • Support document design, layout and production

  • Translate business communications into engaging visual graphics

  • Develop templates and creative resources

  • Concept branding and collateral for company events and initiatives

  • Work with social media team, content team, creative project managers and other creative teams to develop creative for marketing, original content, artist/fan shareables, occasions, promotions, initiatives, etc.

  • Maintain website graphics and layouts

  • Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files

  • Maintain consistent feel and brand identity across creative content

Qualifications:

  • Strong design backgrounds and current print, web, and social production experience

  • Ability to to bring art direction and ideas to life through exceptional design concepts

  • Determine how best to represent a concept visually

  • Create engaging designs from scratch

  • In-tune with current social media trends

  • Resourceful in utilizing stock images, photo libraries, templates and icons

  • Photo editing, color correction and touchup

  • Creative concept development and production proficiency

  • Experience with motion and video editing is a big plus

  • Familiarity with digital workflows, including social media best practices and design specifications

  • Expertise in the use of color and typography

  • Ability to adapt, communicate and manage in a fast-paced working environment

  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail

  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude

  • Highly organized

  • Proactive work ethic

Education & Knowledge Desired

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design

  • Strong portfolio of previous and current design work

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom)

  • Solid understanding and ability to learn Canva

  • Motion, video editing or 3D skills set a big plus

  • Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools
