Job Description:
You will partner with the manager to assess, direct, manage and evaluate the delivery of nursing care and patient support services to achieve a specified standard of care and quality metrics for a designated patient population. You will ensure streamlined patient care delivery systems, which promote smooth patient transitions across the continuum. You would also be accountable for effective fiscal and operational management and maintains optimum patient care unit systems, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication. This position collaborates in the development and achievement of unit goals and performance improvement activities. You will work with the manager to ensure staff orientation, education, development and evaluations are completed.

Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employmentBasic cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
Work Experience:Minimum of 2 years previous RN experience
Bachelor's degree within 3 years
