As aKey Fob Support TechnicianatBatteries Plus, you will provide key fob and key cutting support to all Corporate and Franchise stores utilizing database systems, web research and collaborative problem solving methods. As aKey Fob Support Technician, you will spend time on the phone supporting both inbound and outbound calls to provide support and resolution to our stores.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Manage vast amounts of inbound and outbound calls
Interface with corporate and franchise stores on inquiries and problematic issues
Identify and troubleshoot key fob and key cutting inquiries
Research inquiries to provide appropriate resolution to the stores
Follow step by step instructions to provide support and resolution
Maintain call log, problem resolution of proficiency standards and customer satisfaction levels
Escalate problem situations to management when necessary
Key Fob Product Support
Understand and communicate the uses of key cutting equipment and key fob programing equipment
Troubleshoot incoming issues regarding key cutting equipment and key fob programming for the stores
Navigate and investigate through database systems, chat programs and manage emails to find resolution
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months+ previous customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in electronic or device repair
Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies
Demonstrated problem solving skills
