You set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. With the growth of our Account Management and Account Executive teams, we need leaders to help guide our sales teams to success. As Team Lead, you will mentor a team of Account Managers and/or Account Executives to deliver TMS' suite of digital products and build a consultative end to end sales approach to surpass client objectives. You'll work closely Sales leadership team to manage the existing pipeline, set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You will focus the team on reaching sales goals, and consistently provide updates to leadership on the team's progress and needs.
What you'll do in your role.
Manage the core sales team to deliver best in class strategy, planning, optimizations, and post-campaign insights to ensure significant client retention and growth across full TMS product offering
Grow senior level relationships across a diverse book of business including agencies, brands, and holding companies
Collaborate with leaders of other T-Mobile teams to develop cross-functional opportunities to provide client solutions above and beyond existing offerings.

4+ Years Of Sales Management Experience
