Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Senior Test Automation & Production Support Manager to help us do extraordinary things. Apple's Retail Decision Automation team is looking for a versatile senior manager to lead a team of analytical, data oriented, and critical thinking analysts who test and validate system decisioning for an exciting portfolio of online retail decisioning programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about machine learning reliability test automation and production support.
Description
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
5+ years of experience leading teams of direct reports.
2+ years of experience in hiring and leading teams of technical, engineering or testing roles.
Working knowledge of test approaches, automation techniques, and/or production support of customer-facing programs using machine learning at scale.

Ability to comprehend and debug complex systems integrations.
Ability to analyze testing opportunities for areas of improvement or enhancements in support of the program roadmap.
Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways.
Creativity to engineer novel features and signals, and to push beyond current tools and approaches.
