Goodwin William Staffing is looking for a Project Manager (Water/Wastewater) to join our team/work with one of our clients in Northern Virginia.Direct Hire / Full Benefits Package with Premium Health Insurance Coverage and 401KResponsible for project controls; subcontractors and vendor coordination, prepare contracts, submittals, and OandMis for the Engineer and Owner, scheduling labor and responsible for overall job profitability.Lead detailed and multi-disciplinary water/wastewater projects.Maintain open dialog with the Engineer/Owner.Capable of being a main point of contact for clients during the delivery of projects and participate in client management activities with area leadership.Annual Salary: $80,000 - $85,000Requirements:2-5+ years of experience minimum with water/wastewater construction preferred.Management experience with project size of 2M - 7M.Prior experience with a general contractor with estimating and scheduling experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills and thrive working in a team environment and experience being the main point of contact with a client.Requisite project and design management skills.
