About the Role
The Billing Clerk II is responsible for creating and processing invoices, credit memos, and other billing documents, as well as maintaining customer records, resolving billing disputes, and assisting with other billing-related tasks.
What You'll Be Doing
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and all others contacted during work using foundations of excellent customer service.
Creates and processes invoices, credit memos, and other billing documents.
Reviews audits and researches invoice submissions for accuracy and completeness.
Administrates customer billing in electronic portals: Taulia, Cortex, Coupa, Ariba, Open Invoice, and others as needed.
Reviews if all necessary components for the credit / rebill have been completed and if proper approval of the submission has been met.
Qualifications
What You'll Need for Success
3-5 years of experience in a billing or customer service role.
Experience with billing software and systems. Experience with Oracle preferred.
Experience with the following electronic portals preferred: Taulia, Cortex, Coupa, Ariba, Open Invoices
Strong attention to detail.
