Job Description

Our team-centric 24/7 operation is responsible to mitigate risk and ensure T-Mobile conducts business in a safe, secure, and productive environment. In this role, you will monitor and react to real-time incidents, system activities, reports, and contingency situations.

* Work shift is Thursday-Sunday 10:00PM-8:00AM *

What you'll do in your role.

  • Provide enterprise-wide customer support via phone and email as it pertains to security and safety issues at all T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile locations

  • Respond to customer service requests in access control, CCTV, and other facilities and retail security equipment

  • Provide first line workplace violence response through notifications, processing reports, and support subsequent actions as directed by the Workplace Violence Team and Legal

  • Process and support Field Asset Protection efforts at retail locations

  • Triage events and other information to be processed and disseminated to the appropriate business partners.

  • Review and process incoming reports, work orders and other field requests. Coordinate and schedule work for security systems processing.

  • Prioritize notification and communication procedures with consideration to work-flow and information distribution requirements.

The experience you'll bring.

  • Up to 2 years experience in general call-center, operations, customer care or related in-bound call environment

  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively both written and verbally

  • Demonstrated abilities in customer focus, change & innovation, critical thinking, relationship building & influencing, results, and inspirational leadership.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, work in a 24/7 operational environment.

  • Extensive PC and telephone utilization

  • Experience in a Security Operations, Demand Planning, Resource Planning or similar field a plus; experience working with multi-functional groups from multifaceted operational backgrounds in a large corporation preferred

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines -fully vaccinated- as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
