The Frontline Recruiting Specialist provides support and direction on the frontline recruitment process, sources, and channels. In addition to providing 1 st level frontline problem resolution for the communities, he/she introduces process improvements to the overall frontline recruitment strategy.
Serve as the main point of contact for all frontline recruiting support completing tasks including, but not limited to:
Hiring Plan development and consultation.
1 st level problem resolution for recruitment issues.
Sourcing candidates and setting interviews as needed.
Research and recommend new strategies for frontline recruitment.
Communicate daily on progress in the communities.
Identify difficult job vacancies and investigate the best recruitment approach for them.
Investigate opportunities for the introduction of new recruitment vendors; monitor expenditures per vendor and the job vacancy.
Engage in new Atria acquisitions by completing tasks including, but not limited to:
Assist with startup recruitment processes.
Be the lead on job fairs for various communities.
Travel to communities to engage in recruitment efforts.
By request, post all community hourly positions/job fairs to contracted job boards.
Support job fair requests by emailing job fair materials and secure print advertising, if requested.
Provide backup support on pre-employment questions.
Complete special projects as assigned.
May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, follow-up, detail-orientation, and time management skills.
May be required to travel up to 10% of the time on behalf of the Company.
Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.
