Our Frontline Call Center Employees are a force in the Wireless Industry, and they're in the process of making history with Team of Experts. As the Care Frontline Incentives Support Team, it is our job to provide consultative services that combine our fiscal acumen with a powerful understanding of our Frontline's needs to ensure our Metrics program is properly caring for our people and driving business performance.
A Sr Analyst is someone who has a drive for data analysis and problem solving. They are able to work with business partners to gather data for analyzing metric performance and how it relates to monthly incentive payouts They can utilize multiple systems like Snowflake, SQL, and Excel to solve problems and provide data read outs.
Qualified candidates will have strong skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Teradata and SQL. Skills in Snowflake, PowerBI and Tableau are not required but are preferred.
This position will be filled in Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX. It does require 20% travel as well as working in office (hybrid).
What you'll do in your role.
Project partnerships
Answering, or finding the answer, to any/all Metrics/Goals related questions (via support partners, prior communications, documents, or other means)
Attending calls and meetings with Stakeholders, Cross-Functional Teams, Leadership, etc. (pre-scheduled and ad-hoc)
Problem Solving
Work with business partners (RIS, CCS, etc.) when data trends are outside the norm
Answering questions from the frontline around metrics and incentive payouts
Translate philiosopical design concepts into actionable work items for support teams
Math and Analysis
Utilization of facts and data to derive conclusions and deliver clear recommendations to improve results
Ability to leverage complex models to test business theories for implementation
Participate in data validation, canary reporting, data mining, and other data adventures
Communication
Acting as a Direct pipeline to our Frontline answering metric and incentive questions through C2 & E-Mail
Create and present information in a variety of mediums to a wide audience
Partner with Program Managers for conent creation for a variety of metric resources
The experience you'll bring.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or related field preferred.
Experience in Financial Modeling, Business Case Design, Project Management, Database Management, Leadership and Wireless Preferred
2+ years of experience and familiarity with incentive pay, compensation systems, and bonus/incentives programs (including scorecard design, bonus reporting, etc.)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years experience in business analysis and reporting
2+ years of self management of projects and reporting assignments
2+ years of SQL/Relational Database experience (sourcing and finding data, writing code, checking for accuracy, etc.)
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL required
