The Recruiter will be responsible for leading and supporting the company's hiring process. A Recruiter works closely with HR Team and Operations Team to manage candidate sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiations. To be successful in this role a Recruiter should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation. The ideal candidates is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow recruiting procedures to source and interview top talent.

  • Meet recruiting metrics as assigned by Management.

  • Lead sourcing initiatives on recruiting platforms such as indeed, LinkedIn and ziprecruiter.

  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews as needed.

  • Participate in job fairs and career events

  • Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

The requirements for this position include but are not limited to: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 2 years' experience in a Recruiting role (Hospitality industry preferred).

  • BA in Business or HR

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases -Workday a plus.

  • Knowledge of labor legislation

  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

  • Strong decision-making skills
